Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with TicklessUSA. We strive to provide our customers with the best products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, our refund policy is here to assist you.

 

Eligibility for Refund

- Products must be purchased directly from our official website, wwwticklessusa.com, to qualify for a refund or any 30-day money-back guarantee offered by us.  If you purchased your product from another retailer or online store, please contact that place of purchase directly to inquire about their refund policy.

- Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the item you wish to return.

 

Conditions for Return

- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging.

- A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

- Any products that show signs of damage, or that are missing parts, or that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, may be subject to only a partial refund or may not be eligible for a refund at all, in our sole discretion.

 

Process for Returns and Refunds

1. Contact our Customer Service team at sayhello@ticklessusa.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

2. Once your return request has been approved via email, kindly proceed with sending back the item.

3. Please ensure that the original order number and your name are clearly labeled on the package

4. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we determine in our sole discretion that the reason for the return is due to a manufacturing error or defect on our part, in which case we will send you a return shipping label prior to you returning the item.

5. Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

6. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

 

Exceptions

- This refund policy does not cover products purchased from third-party retailers or distributors or anywhere other than online at www.ticklessusa.com .

- Sale items and gift cards are final and non-refundable.

-Downloadable software products are non-refundable.

-Certain health and personal care products are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace defective products purchased directly from www.ticklessusa.com . If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, send us an email at sayhello@ticklessusa.com.

Unfortunately, we can only ship replacement items to the United States and Canada. We are unable to ship to other countries.
