1. Shipping Carriers and Regions
We ship to the United States and Canada only.
Due to elevated shipping costs and carrier restrictions, delivery to certain states (Hawaii) is unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience.
2. Delivery Times
- USA: Standard shipping takes approx. 3-5 business days.
Orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times may be extended during holidays.
Please be advised that delays may occur due to carrier-related issues.

Canada:
At the moment, we are not shipping orders directly to Canada. If you’re interested in trying Tickless products, please visit a store near you. Our products are available at PetSmart Canada, Global Pet Foods, and other retail partners.

3. Shipping Costs
USA:
- Orders between $0–$79.99: $4.99 shipping fee
- Orders over $80: Free shipping
4. Order Tracking
We provide a tracking code for every order, so you can easily monitor your shipment.
Please monitor your tracking information closely. ProtectOne America Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. In such cases, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
If for any reason you are unable to locate or access your tracking information, feel free to reach out to us after placing your order and we’ll be happy to send you the latest tracking details and carrier contact information.
